2.2 Voice & Audio Data (Retell AI Voice Assistant)

• When you use the on-site voice-call widget (powered by Retell AI), you may be prompted to grant microphone access.
• We collect audio recordings and conversation transcripts from these voice calls to handle your enquiry.
• This data is processed by our third-party provider Retell AI according to their privacy terms.
• You always have the option to decline microphone permission or hang up at any time.

2.3 Automatically Collected Data
